'Crows and Buttercups, Blackheath'
I have many links to Greenwich and the surrounding area one of which is Blackheath, having exhibited there on many occasions.
A vast area of green interrupted by roads, seemingly uninteresting as a subject. Then I noticed an area of the heath full of buttercups but wanted to combine it with the heaths other feature, it's resident crows.
I hope that I have captured these features in my oil painting on canvas - 32" by 25"
